Leadership


What is the difference between management and leadership? Are leaders born or can they be trained? These questions are often debated in leadership and management courses.
In Dynamic Transitioning, we want to pay attention transition for the person who is assuming the leadership and/or management role, as well as the people who will work for or follow them.
One of the first things you may realize in accepting a "leadership role" is that telling people what to do does not inspire them to follow you. They must want to follow you enough to stop what they are doing and perhaps take risk or enter situations that they would not normally consider.
