Goal Setting

In Point #4 PLAN THE WORK - WORK THE PLAN, The Power of ACTION, we talk about goal setting. There are countless books on goal setting and the importance of writing down goals. There is a psychological benefit to putting pen to paper in this way...it solidifies your committment to yourself on getting something done.
"By setting sharp, clearly defined goals, you can measure and take pride in the achievement of those goals. You can see forward progress in what might previously have seemed a long pointless grind. By setting goals, you will also raise your self-confidence, as you recognize your ability and competence in achieving the goals that you have set. "(more here)
You want to take pride in achievment of goals. The goals you set are committments to YOU. Yet so many of us let ourselves down by NOT achieving things we set out to achieve.
By working the Dynamic Transitioning program and understanding who you are prior to setting goals, your chance of achieving those goals goes up expoentially.
