The Power of Inner Strength

Strength is a vital essence flowing through the body. It is also a mind power that can be developed. Transitioning can be difficult and may require a strength you don't think you can tap into. I say you CAN tap into inner strength and in fact, you can develop it on a daily basis.

A wise person says that strength is actually three-fold:

1. On the physical plane, strength is power, energy, vitality and freedom from weakness in the body. 2. On the mental plane, strength is the ability to achieve and be a leader. It is freedom from mental or emotional weakness. 3. On the spiritual plane, strength is steadfastness to the belief in good, persistence in expecting it, and the ability to refuse to settle for less than the best in life experiences.

Strength is the ability to keep moving onward, despite negative conditions in one's body or affiars. It is a quiet energy that is stirred up by faith in the good. It can produce remarkable improvements in your life.

One way to develop strength is to meditate upon the meaning of strength. Meditate on the fact that strength is developed through sustained effort, rather then through spurts of effort. When you affirm "strength", it calls forth deeper levels of strength stored in the cells of the body.

Think of adrenaline that helps you face emergencies and supplies energy and strength to your body as the need arises.
A person who is rightly using inner strength conserves his vital energy and does not waste it in emotional dissipation caused by negative emotions. Activate strength within by calling on it. Say the word "strength" and the feel the quiet power flow to just where it's needed
